Love this. I need this though I’m so far down the rabbit hole of despair that it feels I’ll never even get back to that normal “in the gutter” position of compassion for myself. What you are saying is so important. When I look back on myself before my loss, I think: “wow! That woman was amazing and had so much to be happy for and was so joyous…why did she worry all the time about stupid crap.”
Anyway. Thank you for sharing this. It’s important that we remind each other how much we each deserve.
I can't even fathom what you've been & are going through. It's wild how at each low we can blame or shame ourselves, feel like it's absolutely our fault or we're just plain wrong. I think that may be an unavoidable part of the human experience. But I hope to air out those spaces even a little bit by simply speaking about them. I see that in everything I read of yours—unflinching honesty and a courage to express the inexpressible. It's transformative, validating & healing.
Aw, thank you! I, too, could tap a lot more than I do. I’m planning on doing more tapping vids just for some personal accountability. I love that we’re now tapping pals :)

I love your tapping video! I tap too (not as often as I “should”) but I tapped along with you 🤗
