I’m personally at a point with stress where I think it’ll either take me out altogether or I can learn how to live with it in a way that takes into account both personal responsibility and injustice that’s immovable and beyond my control. The reality is, stress isn’t going anywhere. It can’t be eradicated or avoided. So what do we do?
How can we witness our stress—feel it, acknowledge it and breathe into it in ways that honor its reason for being while giving ourselves relief?
